The name behind the brand
The name carries the philosophy of everything we do.
UNIcomes from unity. One organisation working in synchronicity. When strategy, people, culture and delivery are aligned and moving together, that is when real progress happens. Most organisations we work with are dealing with the gap between those things. Closing that gap is where we start.
VOLV comes from evolve. We believe organisations grow best when change is deliberate and purposeful, not reactive. The work we do is about building the conditions for sustained, meaningful evolution rather than short-term fixes.

Over 30 years, I have built a career from sales to senior leadership across sales, organisational development, HR and higher education.
